10-Year Warranty & Crash Replacement

We Are One Composites stands by the quality of its craftsmanship, offering a 10-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage from normal riding.

If your rim is damaged in a crash, We Are One provides a crash replacement policy, offering a discounted replacement to keep you rolling.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact We Are One directly. Upon request, we can manage the local handling of your claim.

Additional Costs: A charge of €47.50 per rim applies for import costs. Shipping from our facility to you is charged separately.

Wheel Build Guidelines

For the best performance and longevity, follow these wheel-building recommendations:

Spoke Tension

  • Use a high-end tension gauge (properly calibrated).
  • Target tension: 115 kg/f (1130 N/m).
  • Maintain spoke tension within 2% variance on each side of the hub.
  • DO NOT build without a tension meter—improper tension can cause premature failure.

Spoke Nipples

  • Use only Sapim spokes and Sapim Polyax nipples.
  • The Polyax nipple shape eliminates the need for washers and provides superior spoke articulation.

Tools & Truing Stand

  • Use high-quality tools for precision:
