Philosophy

The mountain bike industry loves trends.

Every year there is a new standard, a new buzzword, or a new claim about what will make riders faster.

We take a different approach.

At Kavenz, we believe confidence is the most valuable performance upgrade a rider can have. Confidence to trust your suspension when the trail gets rough. Confidence to commit to a line. Confidence that your equipment will perform consistently when it matters most.

That confidence isn't created by marketing.

It's earned through thoughtful engineering, honest design, and thousands of hours on the trail.

We don't build bikes to impress people in a parking lot.

We build platforms that help riders trust themselves on the mountain.

Built around riders, not categories

Most bikes are designed around categories.

Trail bike. Enduro bike. Park bike.

We start somewhere else.

We start with the rider.

Every rider applies pressure differently. Every trail asks different questions. Every riding style values different characteristics.

That's why Kavenz develops modular performance platforms rather than fixed product categories.

The VHP suspension system is designed to maintain traction, preserve momentum, and remain predictable under braking. Adjustable rear-center lengths allow riders to tune handling balance. Multiple travel configurations allow the same platform to evolve from responsive trail riding to full gravity use.

The goal isn't more options.

The goal is allowing riders to build the setup that gives them the most confidence.

Precision where it matters

Kavenz is developed and manufactured by 77designz in Münster, Germany.

Every platform starts with a simple question:

How can we build something that performs better, lasts longer, and remains serviceable for years to come?

That philosophy influences every decision.

Precision-machined components, carefully developed suspension kinematics, and modular platform architecture allow us to focus on function rather than unnecessary complexity.

We believe engineering should be visible.

Not through flashy marketing claims, but through the details riders notice after years of ownership.

The result is equipment built with the same mindset as the people who ride it.

Building trust over time

A bike should not become obsolete after a few seasons.

The best equipment earns its place through years of reliable use, continuous development, and meaningful support.

That's why Kavenz focuses on platform evolution rather than short product cycles.

We invest in serviceability, spare part availability, and modular architectures that allow platforms to evolve without abandoning the principles that made them successful in the first place.

We are not interested in creating disposable products.

We are interested in building platforms riders can continue trusting as their skills, priorities, and riding evolve.

Because confidence is not built in a day.

It's built ride after ride, year after year.

Long-Term Thinking
Building platforms riders can trust over time.
